2. Sr Research Fellow: 01 Seat

Candidates Age Limit:
18 to 35 years for men & 40 years for women as on date of interview.
Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules.

Education Qualification:
For S.No-01: M.Sc in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Environmental Science/ Chemistry
For S.No-02: M.Sc in Soil Science & Agricultural Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Agricultural Microbiology with 4 years/ 5 years as the case may be of Bachelor’s Degree.

Process of Selection:
Applied candidates selection will be based on test & interview.

How to Apply:
Interested candidates can attend for test & interview along with them original documents for verification, one set of the complete bio-data in prescribed format, self attested photograph and self attested enclosures such as mark sheets, proof of date of birth, certificates for qualification, experience & cast certificate to the venue on 14 & 15/12/2016 at 10:00 AM.

About Us – Indian Institute of Soil Science (acronym IISS[1]) is an autonomous institute for higher learning, established under the umbrella of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) by the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India for advanced research in the field of soil sciences. The Indian Institute of Soil Science (IISS) was established in 1988, as an Indian Council of Agricultural Research subsidiary at the lake city of Bhopal, in Madhya Pradesh, India with an aim to promote scientific research on soil sciences. The Institute covers All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) on Soil Test Crop Response Studies at 17 centres, All India Coordinated Research Project (AICRP) on Micronutrients and All India Network Project on Biofertilizers at 11 centres each in India.
