1. Stenographer: 01 Seat
2. LDC: 02 Seats
For Stenographer: 18 to 30 years.
For LDC: 18 to 28 years, as on 01/04/2017.
Age relaxation is applicable as per govt rules.
For Stenographer: Graduation with minimum speed of 80 and 40 wpm in English shorthand and Typewriting.
For LDC: 10+2 or Higher Secondary School, passing typing speed of 40 wpm. with relevant experience.
Process of Selection:

About Us – Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, generally known as IHM Mumbai, is a hospitality educational institute. IHM Mumbai is situated in Dadar, Mumbai, India.The college provides separate accommodation facilities for girls and boys. Both the hostels are located within the enclosure of the college . A new International Hostel with state-of-the-art facilities has also been opened.In 2016, a few of the IHMCTANs (Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Jaipur) started giving a student the option to choose only vegetarian cooking. Earlier, it was compulsory for all IHMCTAN students to learn non-vegetarian cooking. This decision to offer a vegetarian option by IHMCTANs may be the first amongst any of the hospitality training institutes of the world. It is expected that all IHMCTANs, including IHMCTAN Mumbai, will start offering a vegetarian option from academic year 2017 onwards.
