About National Law University, Jodhpur:

National Law University is enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature under the Jodhpur National Law University, Jodhpur, Act, 1999. The University has been established for the progress of learning, teaching, research, and dissemination of knowledge in the field of law. The National Law University also is known as NLU in short name. The National Law University was established in November 1999 in Jodhpur.  NLUJ was placed at 5th position in the NIRF ranking of law colleges for 2018. NLUJ was placed 6th in India by “Top Law College 2017” of Week.

This is one of the first institutions of India to provide degrees. BBA, LLB (Hons.); BA, LLB (Hons.); And BSc, LLB. (Hons.) At graduation level. Compulsory subjects taught by the Bar Council of India are taught from a comparative perspective, in which the emphasis is placed on the interface between law and management/ finance/ science/economics. Courses are structured in a simple way that helps students start honors courses such as business law, intellectual property rights, international investment and business law, criminal law, constitutional law, and human rights study. At the postgraduate level, the university offers LL.M. With expertise in insurance and insurance risk management, with expertise in corporate law and intellectual property rights law and MBA. In addition to the above courses, the university encourages scholars to do Ph.D.
