About Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University
Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University is State agricultural university established in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University has also a short name SKRAU. The SKRA University is a part of Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur but in 1987 through Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987 became a separate entity. This University rename was Swami Keshwanand in 2009. Swami Keshwanand was a freedom fighter.
There are six colleges in the university and the teaching is divided between two campuses, 45 kilometers from Jobber and another in Bikaner.

It has the right to maintain academic institutions related to professional qualification, in order to fulfill the guidelines, organize exams and provide degrees, diplomas, agriculture, veterinary and animal science, home science, agricultural business management etc.
